Payment by Cheque
You can select "Cheque" as payment method and get an order registered with us. Orders will be processed after the receipt of the cheque and the dispatch made after realization of the cheque. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment within 10 working days. Payments will be accepted in the form of a cheque favoring 'Sankars the book people Private Limited’.

You can select "Demand Draft" as payment method and get an order registered with us. Orders will be processed after the receipt of the DD. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 working days.

Prices on Sankarsbooks.com Shopping are exclusive of the shipping charges. The INR price applies for delivery within India. You will be charged in INR when the order is confirmed.
Delivery & Leadtime for Delivery
Delivery will be made between 10 AM to 6 PM on all working days. Please note that the delivery of the books will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier services. Our logistics team will attempt delivery of the books twice. Incase the delivery is not executed during these two attempts, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be notified to you by email.
Do You Deliver Worldwide?
At present the delivery is within India ONLY. We assure prompt shipping for the books, which are in stock with us. The mode of dispatch will be Courier. In case we are unable to ship all the ordered titles in the desired quantity, we will contact you immediately for necessary instructions, prior to shipping. If a title other than what you ordered is shipped, we shall reimburse the shipping cost to you on the original invoice as also reimburse the return postage. Orders from Sankarsbooks Shopping are delivered quickly anywhere in India, by courier. Subject to the availability of stock. Our minimum lead-time for delivery is 3-4 working days. However, there are different delivery lead-times depending upon the place of shipment. This is mentioned on various WebPages.
In case you choose a 'Cheque' payment option, the order will be processed only after your cheque has been realized. In case you choose a 'Demand Draft' payment option, your order will be processed only after we have received your Demand Draft. In case you choose a 'Credit / Debit Cards' payment option, orders will be delivered at the earliest based on the authorization of your Card payment by the bank.

Cancel an Order
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at info@sankarsbooks.com by giving the reference of your order number.
